Sachin Chaudhari

Sachin Chaudhari is an engineer, entrepreneur, and Harvard Business School alumnus who founded Paradiso Solutions, a global leader in learning technology. With an M.S. and two decades of Silicon Valley leadership at firms like PTC and Documentum, he mastered how systems drive large-scale transformation.

Beyond engineering, Sachin is an NLPCA-certified coach with 20 years of experience in psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). While studying under innovation experts at Harvard, he realized that both organizations and individuals fail when they track the wrong metrics. He discovered that for human health, factors like emotional patterns, sleep quality, and identity are far more critical than simply counting calories.

Despite his professional success, years of high-stress executive life eventually led to a personal wake-up call: high blood sugar and a prediabetic diagnosis. By merging his expertise in systems-thinking with his decades of psychological practice, he developed a framework for personal recovery that goes beyond willpower.
